When you book B4 Villa Maris, you pay 25% as a booking fee on the booking day and the remaining amount two months before arrival. If you cancel the booking, the booking fee will not be refunded.
You pay for the electricity you use 7 baht/kWh. You make a deposition before you leave, that will be adjusted at the end of the trip. Check the electricity meter on arrival. Take a picture of it and send it to sara1014@yahoo.com. Check it again before departure and repeat the same procedure. There is helpful staff by the reception who can show you where it is. In addition to this you also pay for the final cleaning 250kr and final laundry about 800 baht.
There are sheets and towels available. Bring your own beach towels. Sometimes guests leave soap, washing-up liquid, washing powder and rags, otherwise you need to bring these yourself. These are also available to buy in the supermarket nearby. There is a washing machine, but you can also hand in your laundry at a local laundry service.
